Is there really a difference in your products?

Yes, there really is! With our capabilities of making any size, offering many designs, as well as many finishes, and our exclusive OBD damper, we are the only manufacturer that combines all these customer-friendly features and can still deliver the products in a speedy turn-around time.

How and from what are your products made?

Each order is designed and produced only after the order is placed. For the most part, we do not stock any item. We produce products in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our standard pieces are manufactured from 1/8-inch material. However, in certain circumstances, we do use thicker material. For instance, in certain floor applications, we can use 3/16-inch or even 1/4-inch material, to ensure our products will withstand required weight loads.

On your website, you show several residential projects, but do you offer products for any commercial application?

Yes, we have done dozens of commercial projects. Any of our products look great in commercial applications as well. In fact, one of our newer commercial products is fabricated from “diamond-plate” material and enhances open ceiling architecture and spiral duct systems greatly. We also offer “Lay-in” registers and grilles for commercial T-Bar applications. Just call us and ask for more information about these products.

Wow, 25+ designs, but what if none of those are quite right for my project? Do you offer any others?

As a matter of fact, we do. For a nominal design fee, you can work hand-in-hand with our design department and create a pattern just for you. In fact, in the past we have worked with a particular contractor or designer and created a one-of-a-kind design that was used only on their project. This is a nice feature for those of you who want to brand your projects with a special touch to set it apart.

When you say you can make any size, what do you mean?

We mean we can make any size. Daily, we custom design and manufacturer special size products for historic remodels, round registers, curved registers, arched registers, as well as the many different sizes of standard designs for residential and commercial projects.

You mentioned before that you have quick turn-around times. Just how long does it take to get my order?

Our standard production time is 4 weeks from the order date. However, for special circumstances, we have been known to turn orders within a couple of weeks. If you really need our products right away, we will make every effort to fit in your schedule. We don’t want to lose a job just because of timing.
